All coverage, package, print prices, and orders are subject to a 6% sales tax.

All proofs are 3.5 X 5

Each additional hour of shooting includes 30 more proofs and costs $150.00 per hour.

Any session under 3 hours of shooting is billed at $200.00 per hour.

Images can be purchased on CD at an additional cost.

If any of the current packages listed do not fit your needs we can make Custom Packages specially for your needs upon request.

A nonrefundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve your wedding day. Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is paid. This deposit is subtracted from your total package price.

When travel of more than 25 miles is required for a wedding, there will be an additional non-refundable fee. This fee is also required with the deposit.

The remaining amount of the package price is due before the day of the event.

All portraits taken become the property of Heidi Freeman Photography and can be used for advertisement and display.
